Abstracts should be submitted as a Word document limited to 250 words. Selected abstracts will be invited to participate in a poster session on October 1, 2009 and will be included in a booklet distributed at the Conference. All presenters must submit a short biographical sketch with their abstract. *Abstract submission deadline is August 31, 2009 by 5PM.*

To be evaluated, please use the following format for your abstract:
* _Learning Objectives:_ List at least 3 things the audience can expect to learn from your presentation.
* _Description:_ Provide a brief description of the main elements of your study or program including the population of focus, duration, hypotheses and/or objectives.
* _Results:_ Describe the study findings and/or the outcomes of the project.
* _Recommendations:_ List the recommendations and contributions to the field that resulted from your work.

Registration!!!
One more week before the registration fee goes up. One more week to get your abstracts submitted. One more week before the room block ends for the conference hotel site. One more week before my actual half birthday!
